  I have been bringing my 2 fur babies here for almost 5 years and have never had an issue. The staff has always been courteous and caring. When scheduling appointments they've always been flexible with my busy schedule. Recently, I had a visit in the evening, a new Dr was on staff and took great care of my pet! I finished my appointment yet was a little uneasy over one of the technicians on staff that night but expressed my concerns with the front desk and left a message for the manager. Today I received a call from the hospital manager Yolanda who made me certain my concerns were being addressed and helped ease any worries I had about returning. She was understanding and attentive to my concerns and assured me they were being addressed. She even asked about how my pet has been doing since! I will continue to recommend VCA and will be bringing my babies back in the future!

  Had to take our cat who looked like it was almost dying for an emergency, they did a good job explaining what our options were, ended up paying a reasonable price for what the minimum efficient treatment was, cat felt better within a couple of days. Good experience.
