- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just left from Dr. Kelleher's office today and this was my first time as a new patient to her office. The wait time was very short, but one of her office assistance has no expression nor knowledge of customer service at all. She was very monotone and one worded. There was no greeting nor introduction, it was very straight to the point in a rude way. As far as Dr. Kelleher, she came into my appointment as if I was wasting her time. No greeting nor introduction from her neither, again very straight to the point. Throughout the appoint as she was asking questions she kept saying, "tell the truth" as if I was lying. There's no need for me to lie, I'm coming to you for help. Actions definitely spoke louder than words here and I didn't appreciate how I was treated as a new patient here.September 12, 2017by Krysisha Conly
