- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I applied for homeowners insurance and flood insurance and the customer service was awful. I wasn't told everything I need up front, which delayed the application for months, plus the two representatives I worked with never kept me up to date or returned my calls on a consistent basis. I finally gave up and went through Citizens, which was much easier. i plan on ending all business with this branch soon.September 26, 2017by Dillon Currier
