  We went here 2 times. We had an appointment and the first time we waited an entire hour in the wait room. The dr never called. We had to reschedule. We are here for the rescheduled appointment, and it is the same story. Appt was for 2:10, it is now 2:56. Still in the waiting room. Very unprofessional. I do not recommended if you value your time.

  Wait time is unacceptable. Waited 3+ hours for our first visit and have not been back, it's such a shame because it's one of the only pediatric ophthalmologists on our insurance plan. We actually pay out of pocket somewhere else to NOT have to come here because of this. The group of doctors may be good at what they do, we received an accurate strong prescription for my child, but the appointment itself was not very informative, and felt rushed after waiting all that time. I don't recommend.

  They may be great at what they do, but the wait is unreasonable. I wasn't told it would take 3 hours. With having small children it's hard for them to wait so long. Other parents had snacks for their kids so they knew about the long wait. But then there's the issue of food allergies. For us this was a really bad experience and unless we absolutely have to we will not be going back.
