  Office staff and office manager are great and very friendly. Dr. Tirupathi her ARNP is great, they spend time with all patients to make sure that their needs are met. Definitely would recommend.

  ROSE GOODWIN (office Mgr) Treated me HORRIBLE! They said I would see DR. TIRUPATHI until after Alison McLaughlin saw the Hospital records I had she told me I wouldn't see Dr. TIRUPATHI. I WAS MAD! ROSE GOODWIN (JUST the office manager) is the MOST RUDEST PERSON I'VE HAVE EVER SEEN. She would always call me a few minutes before 5pm, so I couldn't call back. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE! I don't understand why DR. TIRUPATHI would not let me explain my Hospital records. ROSE GOODWIN called me again a few minutes before 5pm on Friday Aug. 26, 2017 again and said to call her back. Of course the office is closed now! I later found out that they had called me in a PRESCRIPTION when Walgreens called me. Is that professional for a MEDICAL EMPLOYEE? GOOD THING IT WASN'T LIFE THREATENING WITH THE GAMES SHE PLAYS!

  My aging Mother has Dr Sreelatha as her primary care. Getting a referral from the office staff is like pulling out a nail. Rose the manager was berating my mother like she did something wrong. If one is sick they go to the doctor to get help. If the patient does not get the referral they need their suffering continues and they do not get better. Please treat your patients with the care they deserve, or close your office . If this bad behavior continues we will report your office to AMA.

  Dr. Tirupathi, her nurse practitioner (Allison), and her entire office staff, including the very efficient office manager Rose, work like a well-oiled machine to provide the best patient care and experience. I was seen immediately, and was provided direct medical advice, while receiving the necessary referrals with ease. I would highly recommend this primary care practice to all young and old patients alike!
